Here, you'll find my recipes, which are always vegan and always delicious. Since going vegan and starting my fitness journey, I've fallen in love with getting creative in the kitchen and creating meals that are balanced, energising, and taste good too! I focus on using fresh, whole ingredients and making each dish as easy as possible. A lot of these recipes are also gluten-free, oil-free and high in protein. Many are ideal for meal prep, so you can always have something nourishing and tasty waiting for you in the fridge!
