Get the Recipe: No-bake Vegan Cake Pops

These no-bake vegan cake pops are easy to make with just 5 ingredients. Perfect for an easy and delicious snack. Oil-free and gluten-free.


  • 1 cup medjool dates, pitted
  • 2/3 cup pecans
  • 1 cup ground almonds, or almond flour
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 3.5 oz dark chocolate, melted


  • Blender or food processor


  • Add the dates, pecans, ground almonds and maple syrup to a blender or food processor. Blend until the ingredients form a dough.

  • Shape the mixture into evenly-sized balls and leave in the freezer for 30 minutes.

  • Drizzle them in melted dark chocolate and leave in the freezer for another 30 minutes.

  • Put on lollypop sticks to turn into cake pops.

You can, of course, also eat these as bliss balls. They keep very well in the fridge for up to around 5 days and make a great snack.
