No-bake Vegan Cake Pops
These no-bake vegan cake pops are easy to make with just 5 ingredients. Perfect for an easy and delicious snack. Oil-free and gluten-free.
Add the dates, pecans, ground almonds and maple syrup to a blender or food processor. Blend until the ingredients form a dough.
Shape the mixture into evenly-sized balls and leave in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Drizzle them in melted dark chocolate and leave in the freezer for another 30 minutes.
Put on lollypop sticks to turn into cake pops.
You can, of course, also eat these as bliss balls. They keep very well in the fridge for up to around 5 days and make a great snack.
