Vegan banana oatmeal cookies! These flavourful, soft and chewy cookies are naturally sweetened with banana, making them a a perfect breakfast, snack and dessert alike. Gluten-free and oil-free.

  • 1.5 cups gluten-free oats
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp chopped nuts
  • 2 medium bananas, mashed
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup vegan chocolate chips


  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C/350 F. 
  • Add the oats, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon to a large mixing bowl and whisk together. 
  • Add the bananas, apple cider vinegar and stir until all the ingredients are well-combined. Then, fold in the chocolate chips. 
  • Roll the dough into cookie shapes and arrange them on a sheet of parchment paper. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes.
