Four-ingredient vegan fudge with peanut butter! This easy dairy-free fudge recipe is a perfect dessert. Soft, nutty and creamy, it is a sweet treat that's perfect for sharing. Gluten-free and oil-free. 

Ingredients

  • 2 cups coconut sugar
  • 1/3 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts , such as cashews, macadamia, walnuts, etc

Instructions 

  • Start by mixing together the sugar and the milk a non-stick frying pan or saucepan. Bring to a simmer on a low heat and stir for around thirty seconds to a minute. It is very important not to overheat it, so once the sugar has melted, quickly remove it from the heat.
  • Stir in the peanut butter and the chopped nuts.
  • Pour into a loaf tin lined with parchment paper.
  • Leave in the fridge for 4-5 hours, ideally overnight. This vegan fudge lasts in the fridge for up to five days.
