HOMEMADE CRUMPETS

These vegan crumpets are fluffy, soft and chewy, and perfect for breakfast served with butter or jam. Vegan and eggless.

To a mixing bowl, add plant based milk, yeast, sugar and salt. Set aside for 10 minutes.

To a different mixing bowl, and flour and baking powder, then combine with the wet ingredients.

Set the batter aside, then pour it into either crumpet rings or egg rings.

Cook for 5-7 minutes, until bubbles start to form on the surface.

Flip, then cook for 30 seconds on the other side.

Serve with any toppings of your choice!
