THESE DINNER ROLLS ARE EASY TO MAKE, FLUFFY, SOFT AND DAIRY-FREE!
Mix together plant based milk, yeast, sugar and salt, and set aside for 10 minutes.
Gradually add plain flour and mix until thoroughly incorporated.
At the end, add melted vegan butter.
Knead the dough for 10 minutes, then cover and set aside for 30 minutes.
Divide the dough into 8 equal sections, then roll them into spheres.
Lay them out on a baking tray and set aside for 30 minutes more.
Make the glaze by stirring together plant based milk and maple syrup.
Brush the rolls with the glaze, then bake at 350 degrees C for 12-15 minutes.
