No, not at all. The recipes are designed to be enjoyed by everyone, regardless of whether you’re an established vegan, or simply want to include more plant based meals in your diet.
Are there allergy-friendly options?
Whenever it is possible without compromising on flavour/texture, the recipes feature a list of substitutions and alternatives. If unsure if a certain substitution will work, simply get in touch with us and we will try to help you out!
What if I’m cooking for more than one person?
The meal prep guides would work really well for you! The portion sizes are easily adjustable, so you can cook for as many people as you would like.
Are the meal prep guides flexible?
Absolutely! You can follow them as closely or as loosely as you would like. There are also instructions included for how you can adjust the process depending on whether you want to meal prep once or twice a week.
Do I have to be good at cooking?
No – all of my recipes are developed to be easy to follow by anyone, whether an absolute beginner, or more advanced.
