Prepare the ingredients
Prepare the ingredients before you start cooking to make the process as easy as possible! Mince the garlic, dice the onions and chop the mushrooms.

Cook the pasta
Cook pasta of your choice until al dente. This usually takes around 10 minutes.

Cook the vegetables
Cook the onion, garlic and mushrooms in olive oil until they soften (around 5 minutes).

Make the sauce
To the cooked vegetables, add hummus, lemon juice and nutritional yeast. Stir together for a couple of minutes.

Add to pasta
Add the cooked pasta, lemon juice ad lemon zest. Season to taste with extra salt and pepper if necessary.
